We had a great first weekend of summer celebrating one of our favorite guys! It’s still crazy to me that Matt and I actually get to celebrate Mother’s Day and Father’s Day ourselves, not just for our parents.
The weekend started a little early with Matt and I attending the San Diego Uber 3 year Anniversary party. It was a fun time complete with cornhole, Moscow mule’s and pizza :) Matt has been with the SD team since the beginning. On one hand I can’t believe it’s already been 3 years, but on the other hand I can’t believe it’s only been 3 years.

On Saturday we went to a friends housewarming party where Charlotte enjoyed playing in a bucket of ice and eating the ice. Afterwards we checked out a community concert and she got re-introduced to a bounce house. She wanted in soooooooo bad, but there were too many big kids jumping around. When there were just a few smaller kids, Matt let her in. She basically stayed firmly planted on her hands and knees for the first couple minutes then crawled to where daddy was standing on the outside then stood up. At that point the big kids took over again, so Matt had to crawl in to get her :)

On Father’s Day Charlotte woke up bright and early at 6:07am. I believe she was just super excited to tell daddy Happy Father’s Day!!! We went out for fro yo, went swimming and BBQ’d some delicious chicken. We’re going to make use of our community BBQ’s this summer!
